With 23 years of production experience in commercials, branded content, integrated advertising, promotional content, and various other forms of advertising, James brings an extensive resume to Finca Productions. He has worked with various clients from NBC, CBS, Disney, Fox and ABC as well as Ford, Chrysler, Toyota, Activision and much more. James has a Bachelors degree from University of California, San Diego in Visual Arts/Media and Sociology.

Claudia Lapkin

Claudia‘s 15 year career in finance and accounting proves to be a valuable asset to the production team. She has served clients in various industries in high profile transactions. As Co-Founder of Finca Productions, Claudia manages all financial and business development matters for the company. Claudia has a Bachelor degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara in Analytics. She is also an MBA graduate from the Paul Merage Business School of the University of California, Irvine.
